Do you require a deposit?+
For most standard service calls and repairs, we do not require a deposit. Payment is due upon completion of work. However, for large installations or projects over $5,000, we may require a deposit to secure materials and schedule. We'll always discuss payment terms upfront before beginning any work.
Can I pay in installments?+
Yes, we offer payment plans through our financing partner Synchrony Financial. Qualified customers can get 0% interest for up to 12 months, or extended payment plans with low monthly payments. Service call fees may vary slightly based on distance from our service center, but we strive to keep pricing fair and transparent. We'll always provide upfront pricing before any work begins, so you'll know exactly what to expect. For emergency service, we may charge a travel fee for areas significantly outside our primary service zone, but this will be discussed upfront.

For emergency calls, we typically respond within 15-30 minutes in our primary service areas (Rockwall, Royse City, and nearby communities). For non-emergency service, we offer same-day service when available, and can usually schedule appointments within 24-48 hours. We provide live ETAs when you call, so you'll know exactly when to expect our technician.

Do I need to be home for service?+
For most services, yes, we prefer that someone is home to let our technician in and discuss the work. However, we can work with you if you need to leave during service - just let us know in advance. For some exterior work or if you have a lockbox/key, we may be able to complete service without you being present, but we'll need to discuss this beforehand for security and communication purposes.

What warranties do you offer?+
We offer a comprehensive 1-year workmanship warranty on all our work. This covers labor and workmanship for one full year from the date of service completion. Parts come with manufacturer warranties, which we'll help you understand. Emergency repairs are also covered for 30 days - if the same issue occurs, we'll return at no charge.

For service calls, there is a service call fee that covers the diagnosis, but this fee is often applied toward the repair if you choose to proceed. What should I do in a plumbing emergency?+
First, turn off the main water supply if possible to prevent further damage. Then call us immediately at (469) 532-0101 - we provide 24/7 emergency service. If there's a gas leak, evacuate the area and call 911, then call us. For water leaks, try to contain the water and turn off electricity in affected areas if safe to do so.
