I can't speak for the plumbing aspects, but Chad, who is responsible for their HVAC service, is an absolute star. Most recently, my condenser went down because of a capacitor. My wife and I had been out of town and came home to a 90°F house. Fortunately, I had the Ecobee app that Chad talked me in to a couple of years ago. I texted Chad and he was already at the house working when we pulled in. Initial help, and the geat again. Chad came right back out, found the second offending piece and got it working. He is my go-to HVAC guy, no matter where he's working.
