** We have recently introduced heating and air into our line of business and are looking for the right people with a wide range of A/C and Heating experience. We are looking for a few good people to help us grow our HVAC business. You will be working beside highly motivated owners ready to take on any challenge.
We are looking for a motivated HVAC Technician that will focus on residential and commercial repairs, diagnostics, replacements and maintenance and is very customer focused in providing high quality customer experience for our customers.
Our team has the ability to earn top pay in the area, as well as paid on the job training throughout the year. The ideal candidate must be a team player, but also be able to work independently. This position requires a friendly attitude toward our customers and co-workers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have valid drivers license
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must be able to pass Pre & Post Employment Drug Screening, if asked
- Must have experience in light commercial & restaurant freezer/refrigeration equipment, ice maker, operations and processes.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Diagnoses HVAC, refrigeration and/or electrical system through observation, testing and setup.
- Disassembles and reassembles commercial equipment to perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance. Explains the issue and work to be performed to the customer. Provides a timeline and explains any wait times.
- Performs routine maintenance and filter changes on equipment in accordance with the customers agreement.
- Maintain an inventory and keep the service vehicle. supplied with the appropriate stock required.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Build and maintain relationships with our clients.
